Cocoa Beach Day Trip - Feb 25th 2024
If you are like us, you've started to get a bit stir crazy staring at lake Atlantic all summer long. This El Nino has robbed the east coast of our usual summer wind chop and has left us surf starved and amping for waves.
We are super excited to team up with our Free surf lessons instructor and local shaper Tom Korzen to start running surfing day trips to Cocoa Beach. Join us for surf lesson, lunch and an afternoon free surf session.
You can secure your spot in the van to catch some extra zzz's on the way up or be the captain of your own ship and drive your own car.
Dates:
Meet us there at 9:00 AM or if you want to ride in convoy with us meet at Island Water Sports at 6:00 AM.
The location decision will be based on conditions. we will share the location the night before or the morning of.
Price:
$75 - This is the cost of the lesson and the board rental. You are responsible for your own transportation
Ages:
All Ages are welcome but only 15 and older can ride in the van.

This mini surf adventure includes
- Surf instruction from CPR and First aid certified instructors
- Equipment (feel free to bring your own)
- Trailer space to transport your personal surf or SUP equipment
- Refreshments
- Sunscreen and first aid supplies
- shade tent for the beach
- Goodie bag inlcuding IWS sports pack, trucker hat, water bottle and stickers.
